As Founder and Festival Director, my goal was to transform the Orem Film Festival from a concept into a culturally credible brand. To execute the vision, I recruited and led a core creative team, Davis Dial and Edward Pollei, directing the development of a comprehensive visual identity tailored to a younger, college-age demographic.

From Davis’s foundational logo to Edward’s production support, I oversaw every iteration to ensure relentless brand consistency. Despite a lean startup budget, we delivered a "Year One" experience that felt established and theatrical. I directed the rollout of a complete brand ecosystem, including:

  • Apparel & Merchandise: Custom hoodies, tees, and lifestyle accessories.

  • Environmental Design: Large-scale banners, step-and-repeats, and event wayfinding.

  • Digital & Social: High-impact promotional video, photography, and paid media campaigns.
